The Implementation Plan (Volume II) of the Seventh National Development Plan (7NDP) was developed to operationalise Volume I (the main 7NDP policy document) which outlined the strategic development trajectory for the country for the period 2017 -2021. The Implementation Plan (IP), therefore, outlines the specific interventions that were to be undertaken including the results to be generated in order to achieve social, economic and technological progress for transformation.
